Returns

Ouidad offers a 30-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your product as described below within 30 days of the original order delivery date. Ouidad will provide a FedEx return shipping label via the portal. A return handling fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return the item for store credit, the return handling fee will be waived.

To be eligible for refund, your product must be returned in its original box in new (unused) condition, and the return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order delivery date. For more information, see “How to Return Your Order” below.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is missing, please report it as soon as possible through our email support@ouidad.com

For items received damaged, please retain the original shipping box, packing materials and the item for inspection. We may request you send a photo of the damage to accelerate our investigation.

Ouidad will provide a FedEx return shipping label.

Please properly package your return to prevent damage in transit. Use the original Ouidad packaging if available. 

What to Expect

Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return is received for the merchandise return credit to be processed.
